Events Every Private Investigator Should Look Forward to in 2017

2017 holds a lot in store for the private investigation community and below is a comprehensive list of the upcoming events in 2017 for private investigators.

Event: Introduction to Security consulting- Protecting the Business owner

Date: On March 9-10, 2017

For two days, the Madonna University Criminal Justice Department, INTELLENET and their sponsors, WJ Cousins and Associates will be giving a security-consulting workshop at Madonna University’s Franciscan Hall in Livonia, Michigan. Attendees will get to network and mingle with other security and safety personnel and they will earn 14 CEUs.

Event: The 41st annual NCISS conference and Hit the Hill

This event will take place from 27 March to 29th at The Holiday Inn Roslynn at Key Bridge in Arlington Virginia.

Event: Accident Investigations for Attorneys and Private Investigators

This course will be taking place on 31 March at the Hotel Elegante Event and Conference Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The course was designed to help the Attorney and the Private Investigator comprehend how complex traffic accident investigations are. It outlines the steps required to get through an investigation and offers the knowledge required to acquire the necessary information to aid an attorney in their client’s representation. Event: The Annual CALI Conference 2017

This conference will take place from June 8 to June 10 at the Peppermill Resort in Reno, Nevada. There will be high-profile keynote speakers as well as sessions not to mention the venue itself is a remarkable sight.

Event: The WAD mid-term meeting 2017

Taking place from April 2 to April 4 2017 at Miami south beach, Florida

Event: The Annual conference for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators

Taking place from august 24th to 26th at San Antonio Wyndam Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas

Event: Private Investigators- Learn at Sea

From September 4th-8th at Key West, Cococay, Nassau and Miami, private investigators will have a chance to earn continuing education units and vacation. There will be top-notch instructors to aid you in building your practice while giving you great takeaways in the process. Classes are 3 hours every day and take place only when you are at sea. You can have the remaining time for rest and relaxation, networking with fellow pi’s while building your client and referral base.

Event: The Annual Conference for Investigators and Litigation by the Florida Association of Private Investigators

This conference program will take place from Sept 20-24th at the Alamonte Springs/Hilton Orlando in Alamonte Springs, Florida. It will include a pre-conference event and 2 days dedicated to educating investigative reporters, paralegals, attorneys, law enforcement, private investigators and anyone who wants to further educate themselves on Investigations.

Event: The Mexican Riviera private investigator cruise

Takes place from 5-12th November in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas and PI’s will get to earn their continuing education units, network, and unwind.

The Online CALI TEST PREP Course

This is ongoing and can be done online courtesy of the Florida Association of Private Investigators and INTELLENET. This 2-day workshop on security consulting will be held at the Florida CSI academy in Alachua and attendees will get to network with like-minded individuals and earn 14 CEUs.
